Let Yourself Feel
So often we try to block our feelings – especially the more difficult ones such as sadness, guilt, fear, remorse, or anger. We push them down, we distract ourselves, we numb. But to feel the good feelings, we also have to be open to the hard ones. Let yourself feel. Let’s give ourselves space to feel it all.
